Case study [4]:

Product knowledge and customer service training for an international retailer

Working with Ashford Open Learning, we produced a series of self-development workbooks to be used globally by an international household and furniture retailer. The material needed to present a very large product range in a simple and engaging way, demonstrating, in particular, the mix-and-match nature of the product range. A workbook was also developed to help staff improve their sales and service techniques.

The principal challenge of the project was to put the information across in a very straightforward way that would be accessible to staff working in many different countries and within different cultural environments. The material had to be produced to a very tight deadline to meet the roll-out of a new stores expansion programme.
