Induction programme

We developed a specialised induction process for new and existing staff for a major financial institution, which had just been part of a large-scale merger.

A three-phase, self-development programme was produced to enable employees to:

  • orientate themselves within the new organisational structure
  • induct themselves into the new operating procedures
  • integrate into their new departments.

The emphasis was on getting staff to be as proactive as possible in taking responsibility for their own induction using the resources available.
