Producing operating manuals and associated training materials for production line staff. Effective transfer of information helps reduce downtimes and improve the efficiency of production.

Redesigning and updating the website of a leading manufacturer and supplier of computer networking equipment. Production of a CD-ROM based on the website content and expanding the product information.
Technical training
Training managers and other staff in how to use new software systems or procedures. For example, the use of software systems in making lending decisions, which then have to be communicated effectively to customers, or the procedures required during the introduction of the Euro.

Creating professional presentations (slide-shows and scripts) for managers to use when introducing customers to the implications of the Euro for their businesses and to the benefits of direct debits.
Induction programmes
Putting in place innovative and engaging induction programmes for new and existing staff. In today's fast changing business world, with company mergers and acquisitions and divestments, there is a real need to introduce new and existing staff into new organisations successfully. For existing staff this can mean re-motivating them after a period of change and uncertainty.

Using the advantages of the web for reaching highly dispersed members of professional organisations. Using both interactive on-line materials and downloadable print-based materials to help professionals keep up to date in their field and refresh their knowledge of best practice and the requirements of their own professional codes.
